This was a project from my Typography class. The challenge was to make movie posters with well thought-out typography. The movies I chose to do were Big Hero 6, Howls Moving Castle, and Wolf Children. Each movie was a huge part of my childhood and I really wanted to focus on how even the minimalist lines and color can make a simple but huge impact. I wanted the type here to build the story by both integrating symbols into the text or creating diagonal movement that your eyes naturally flow through.
